Kept this week simple using Cathy Zielske's Tiny Templates & the Tiny Attacher to adhere Vignette camera pics to graph cards.

For this week I went with the 3 4x6 protector along with Design F. Again I used some Subway Art, digital items from both Ali & Cathy, as well as SMASH tabs. And I'm loving the Graph Cards & Arrow stickers included in the PL Kit!

On to the second week and since it included the 12th, I decided to focus on Take 12 photos. This time I included some cardstock from the PL "Clementine" collection along with Tiny Templates.
The polaroid pics were taken with the Retro Camera app - love it!

All caught up with Project Life but thought I'd start sharing from the beginning. Been using (& loving) add-ons from Cathy Zielske for sale at Designer Digitals as well as including this Subway Art and the PL Digital Kit.
Like Cathy, I've been summing up the week using one of her journaling cards:
I like being able to write up short little bits on the cards and tiny templates, a lot less pressure than last year.
Been doing pretty well at taking notes and photos so far, people pics seem to be the one thing I need to take more of.

Going back just a few weeks when we had a day of SUN and the snow was mostly melted and what else to do but go outside! Sadly by that evening we got hit with sleet again - so had to snap a pic of doggie prints.
(Oops I see a bit of scrap probably fell off clothes!)
Maybe because of the change in temps, one of the kids came down sick, 3 missed days of school and a trip to the Doctor's. Yes, she LOVED me taking a pic there! ;)
I also added a few screen shots from my phone: GetGlue since I just joined that week and a game of "Words with Friends" I play with the oldest boy and friends Laura & April.
And since my packaged Etsy order from Embellishology was so pretty had to include it!
Looking back over the calendar I wish I would've saved (kept better track of) a few items and wrote some notes for this month. But I have gone back & added some items I came across that I had saved as PDF (and then forgot) or came up from deep within the backpacks.
In other words, still trying to find rhythm!

Caught up to Week 7 - highlighted one of my favorite take-out places & our (typical) order, the monthly Den meeting & my friend Akesa's & my "Team Up Thursday" photo for "Blue" and of course lots of pics from ICM: Cupcake Clash:
I had saved some business cards from some of the Pro Bakers and other bits and may add those in the middle in a custom sewn page protector yet.
Trying to take more pics this week, having a nice day on Saturday helped and even had the camera out when the school bus arrived this morning. :)
Any tips you can share with capturing a well rounded week?
Week 6 started with Super Bowl weekend & since the Packers were in it - basically a Holiday! It was also the week we went into a deep freeze and hibernated:
Even the dogs weren't sure about going out there! (Added the "Woof" brush to the picture of Bella from Cathy Zielske Typesets GoodBoy Brushes & Stamps.) It was REALLY cold so we kept warm with Just Dance 2 & LOTS of Chicken Soup & Beef Stew!
I really struggled pulling pictures together for this week, thank goodness for the internet (and the Packers win)!
I'm caught up to Week 7 & it's time to take a break from scrapbooking & get my Monthly Make completed! February seemed to drag on and I thought I had more time but happy to see it coming to end - SO looking forward to March and *hopefully* GREEN!
Can't take a break for long though as Picture Inspiration community has started as well as Got Paint? beginning this week - are you in?
Spent the weekend printing LOTS of pictures to catch up on Project Life, fell a few weeks behind BUT trying to shake the Winter blues and get back into capturing the moments of each week.
The first week in February was when the Blizzard hit so I included Before & After photos (oops need to label those!) and the covers I created for my Log Your Memories books. The week ended with a School Dance & Silent Auction. It was "Celebrity" themed so they had a Red Carpet & could make mini movies - as well as lots of dancing, pizza & DQ Blizzards. And we won both the Fitness & Slumber Party themed baskets - FUN!
Finished more pages but I'm hoping tomorrow brings a little more light so I can get better photos.
I'm still working on more PEOPLE photos and I keep losing the little bits of papers & what not I'm trying to save, so designating an envelope now as one of my besties, Tara suggested.
How is your Project Life coming along?
Last week of January started with a Birthday Party at Chuck E. Cheese,'s he really loved having a party with friends & also had a great time in the "Ticket Blaster". I printed a copy of the invite I made up in Wordle on photo paper & will add a photo of the boys with Chuck E in upper corner. (Sorry for dark images - with this blizzard is some really grey skies!)
I bought Vol. 2 of Ali's Long Journalers and will write all about the party - including how nervous I was kids were even going to show up - what is waiting til the last day to RSVP? lol I do the same thing and will make a real effort not to do that in the future! I also included the confirmation for reserving party which includes all the details of what the party package included, cost, time & location - nice!
On the back of Saturday I plan on putting a Sunday journaler. And as soon as I can figure out how to get my "Valentine's Week" posts on one sheet I'd like to include that on back of confirmation.
On Sunday was the Pinewood Derby - the car didn't do as well as we hoped but he designed it & decorated with just supervision, it's truly HIS car - which isn't always easy to let happen by the way! At least for me. And then just a few random shots during the week of a couple of his Birthday gifts.
Thought I'd include a "Before" picture or rather "Middle" of the Blizzard photo - the second round is just beginning now:
School has already been canceled & work for the husband has been excused tomorrow but we are hoping by the time second shift begins we will be at the end of it.

Week 3 had a few Birthdays so focused on that for most of the pictures. Guess I'm out of 8.5 x 11 page protectors but will add the blog post "Currents" from this week, not sure what I'm going to add on other side yet.
Over the photo of the Cupcake I journaled how while I baked 6 dozen not 1 made it up to school due to various mistakes. Thinking I will replace some of the 2x3 photos to add more journaling. And lastly, I added some pics from Friday night: putting together the Goodie Bags for Birthday Party this weekend, dancing on Wii and a game of Life.
Busy weekend for us with Chuck E's on Saturday, Pinewood Derby AND the Packers on Sunday. Thankfully they moved the Derby up so we should all be home in time for kickoff! Go PACK!
