Have been trying to keep up with things & get some creative stuff done too. Painting the master bedroom makes things seem crazy at that moment. Red tones seem to take endless coats! But it will be worth it when it is finally done!
As for creating, I have done these layouts forthe BPS Product Playground class. Love this class, using the stash, so fun! Taught by the ultra cool Lisa Damrosch. So many inspiring ideas. An awesome idea for a class. Still need to create a layout for Week 1, Bookplates but have ideas turning in my head.
This was Week 2, Photo Corners & Frames:
This was Week 3, Buttons & Brads:
This was for Week 4, Chipboard:
And for Week 5, Rub Ons:
Unfortunately these are the best pics I have for now and it's too dark to try again so will have to do for now!
I am also in the BPS Finders Keepers class, taught by a person who sees the deeper meanings of scrapbooking and created the Memory Dock system, Robin Johnson. Darn, I wish she had a blog! It rocks! The Creative Planner is so cool, everything in one place and a place for all those important things. And the other pieces give me a beautiful organziation system - a system that not only I, but the scrap industry really needed!
I have so much more to say about the Finders Keepers class but it's late. Let's just say for now I think in the supply list they should add Kleenex! I didn't expect to be so touched by this class. It has touched me in a BIG way. More to come on that!
Also, had a bit of time to alter this Real Simple notebook from Target. I am going to use it as a Gratitude Journal. It is inspired by Robin Johnson in Week 2 of class and also by Aby Garvey projects:
